ReplyDeleteIt really is good. All my kids loved this the first time I made it. And as you can see, my son is making it now. It really is easy to make and the secret is the soy yogurt; it keeps the crumbs on the tofu during baking without the need for eggs or fat. I love that! Like I mentioned, fried fish used to be a favorite of mine. Hope you make it and let me know what you think.
